| Individual
Accounts and Grouped Accounts |
| There
are two kinds of subscription accounts: Individual Accounts
(IA), and Grouped Individual Accounts (GIA). Each IA account
and GIA sub-account will have its own mailbox and hard disk
storage allocation (2MB for mail and 3MB for files).
The charges for the GIA sub-accounts are consolidated together
with the "master" (principal) Individual account.
The number sub-accounts in a GIA is, at most, the number of
hours in the plan divided by 10. For example, an R60 subscription
plan may have 1 to 5 sub-accounts in addition to the principal
account (a total of 6 grouped accounts). A GIA may include
only subscribers from the same Point of Presence (PoP). |
