Prepaid INTERNET CARD
Do I need to be a BQLink subscriber
to be able to use the Nitro Prepaid card?
You don't need to be a regular plan subscriber
of BQLink to be able to use the Nitro
Prepaid card. And even if you are a regular plan subscriber
of BQLink, you can still use the Nitro
Prepaid card and the advantage is that you don't need to set-up
your computer for Nitro card. Just use the username and password
supplied with the Nitro
Prepaid card so that you will NOT be billed in your regular
account.
Can
I use the Nitro Prepaid cards even if I subscribe to other ISPs?
YES but you have to set-up your computer so that you will be
able to logged in to the BQLink server. Just follow the set-up
instructions you will receive when you buy a Nitro
Prepaid card or you can check it here
on how to set-up your computer for Nitro
Prepaid Internet Acess.
Can I use the Nitro Prepaid card outside Bohol?
The Nitro Prepaid card can
be used only in Bohol without long distance charges.
How do I see my used minutes?
Go to the check
prepaid usage page.
When are the peak hours? off-peak hours?
The
peak hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 10:59 p.m.
every day. The off-peak hours are from 11:00
p.m. up to 6:59 a.m. of the following day.
What
will happen if I dial in during peak hours and disconnect
during off-peak hours? What about if I dial in during off-peak
hours and disconnect during peak hours?
In cases
where your dialing session starts and ends in times with different
charging rates, your usage will be pro-rated. For example,
if you dial in at 10:00 p.m. and log out at 3:00 a.m. your
usage will be one (1) hour at peak usage (from 10:00 p.m.
to 11:00 p.m.) and four (4) hours at off-peak usage (from
11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.)
Do
I have an e-mail account?
At the
moment, Nitro Prepaid
Internet access cards are designed solely for Internet connectivity.
But plans are underway to provide Nitro
users with a free e-mail account as well. Visit the BQLink
website often for further announcements.
